Production examples for "Systems engineering"

Thanks to our just-in-time delivery of mechatronic subassemblies, we provide you with optimum support for reducing your assembly throughput times and thereby your logistics expenditure. From preassembled sensor holder to complete drive assembly, our highly motivated team of experts will make sure that your requirements are met.

In conjunction with our in-house sheet metal manufacture, we are able to realise speedy and economical solutions even where customer-specific requirements need to be met. Even non-electrical elements, such as pneumatic and hydraulic components, spindles, gears or linear guides, can be incorporated into the subassemblies.
ZENTNER designs, constructs and installs switching cabinet systems for you, ranging from small operating units or control panels to large rows of switching cabinets for a rated current of 4000 A.

Taking into account your specific requirements and operating standards (such as VDE, ISO, UL ...), we develop racks and switching cabinets, design circuit diagrams as well as control systems and visualisation systems, specify the components to be used and take care of material procurement and manufacture – from prototype to series production. And of course every switching cabinet is tested before delivery according to the applicable national and international standards.

Our team of experts, consisting of 5 design engineers (3D CAD), 5 electrical engineers (ECAD) and 10 skilled operators with » extensive experience in the areas of mechanical engineering, plant construction and building services, is looking forward to meet the challenges you pose it. » Speak to us.
Our switchgear, distribution boards and panels are used in hospitals, manufacturing plants, schools and administrative buildings. We shall manufacture your tailor-made solution, from 4000 A consumer boards via insulation-enclosed low-voltage switchgear to layout and operating panels.

Our services also include site visits, taking measurements on site and developing circuit diagrams from wire lists as well as competent consultancy. Aspects such as any existing space restrictions, wishes regarding visual design, partitioning or colours can be accommodated by us producing a customised casing.
