Since September 2017, ZENTNER Elektrik-Mechanik GmbH has been certified by UL - for the production and labeling of industrial control panels, according to UL508A (USA) and CSA-C22.2 No. 14 (Canada). This is the basis for the approval of control panels in the North American market. We are a UL-listed control panel manufacturer and have many years of experience in automation technology for machines and individual purpose machines. UL certification completes our product portfolio in this area and enables us to guarantee that the applicable standards are continuously met. We are pleased and proud to have this certification!

A quickly convertible lean production assembly line for assembly contracts

The ZENTNER One-Piece-Flow assembly line enables an economical assembly of modules up to the size of 750x750x200mm. The One-Piece-Flow principle reduces working and non-productive times, stocks in production, and ensures the traceability of the material flow. The ZENTNER OPF line can be quickly converted for a wide range of products.

With our just-in-time delivery of mechatronic pre-assembly groups, we provide optimum support in shortening your assembly throughput times and reducing your logistics costs. From pre-assembled sensor, holders to complete drive assemblies, a highly motivated, expert team is on hand to support your needs. Together with our in-house sheet metal production, fast and economical solutions can be conducted even for individual requirements. Even remote elements - such as pneumatic and hydraulic components, spindles, gear wheels, linear guides - can be installed in the pre-assembly groups. By taking into account your specific requirements and operating standards (e.g., VDE, DIN ISO, UL ...), we develop housing and control cabinets, design circuit diagrams, take care of programming and visualization, specify the components used and ensure material procurement and production. From a prototype to series production. And, of course, each switch cabinet is tested before delivery following the applicable national and international standards for:
